PROJECT:

"SAND WASHING MACHINE." Description: Sand is one of the most important material used in building construction and other purpose .sand is available in river beds ,oceans in large quantity.It contains stone and other foreign particals like mud,clay etc. when the sand is to be used for construction purpose it should be clean from foreign particals. For this purpose we have build a machine called sand washing machine. By this machine we can get the good quality clean sand within less time and with less effort

Formally known as BMD - DISA / Gorge Fisher – Disa Position: - Senior Executive Services ( Mechanical) Responsibility Reporting to Head of the Department(HOD):-

 Responsible for Installation & Commissioning on Sites for Shot Blasting Machines,ID Fan,Sand Cooler,Vibrating Conveyors,Ducting ,Conveyors,Chimney & Dust Extraction and Fume Extraction systems.

 Providing sequence of work for the site contractor.

 Preparation of work schedule plan vs actual.

 Controlling and maintaining the internal and external documents.

 Handling the turn key projects.

 Job responsibility also includes working with Electrical team while Plant in Installation & commissioning.

 Responsible to complete the project and run the plant for production, Providing Trainings.

 Working Friendly with PLC & Hydraulic Power Pack base machineries.

 Attending trouble shooting problems of customer & solving it at site.

 Generating Spare orders for our equipments, and auditing the machines

 Providing Monthly reports of man days of service visit, courtesy visit.

 Coordinating with Sales, Design, Production Departments modification & changes.

 Provide technical advice and solutions to meet customer's needs.

 Preparation of AMC proposals and sending to customer.

 Preparation of audit reports.
