Suggesting client to maintain data in specific format to analyse it easily. To reduce warranty claims & cost by analyzing the defects. Identify automation opportunity in process and help the team to automate the repetitive steps through Excel, VBA or SQL. Preparing monthly and weekly presentation for clients and discuss the target vs actual, gap analysis, major concerns, improvements, action taken and understand new requirements to meet the desired goal. Contacting the project engineer to help them resolve the project faster with analyzed data and domain knowledge.
