·        My consulting assignments have been with clients in various industries like logistics, Media management, financial consulting firms.

·        I have been part of multiple end - to-end implementations where I was involved in creation of project

Configuration,Support and Maintenance.

·        Involved credit card migration from entity to entity and involved FI integration.

Responsibilities:

• Concur configurations with regards to new market implementations (Expense, Travel, Receipts, Mobile), existing configurations updates/ creation as enhancements.
• Gather client interface requirements based on client business requirements and functional design that meets the needs of the client.
• Concur Travel and Expense global design and Concur integrations with SAP.
• SAP Concur tool administration/Support application environment set up, test case execution, change and release management.
• Good knowledge in inbound & outbound (SAE) processes in Concur & postings logics in the ledger systems like SAP.

        ·           Concur Expense life cycle (Creating Expense, Adding Attendees, Allocating Expense, Itemizing and working on Mileage).

        ·           Working experience of Travel & Expense, Accounting, Expense Reports, Concur, and Finance.

        ·           Understanding the Global Travel and Expense system and configuration of Expense Types, Per Diems and workflow.

        ·           Handle Concur activities in providing technical expertise on integrations, feeds, loads and extracts.

        ·           Concur Expense reports creation and extraction linked to Expenses and Finance.

        ·           Integrate Concur with third-party apps and services and with SAP solutions like SAP ERP HCM, SAP Success Factors, and SAP ERP Financials.

        ·           Provide client/internal team’s expertise & support for troubleshooting of technical issues related to the Concur T&E system.
