As a FICO of SAP over 12 years and have already accumulated rich consulting experience in project implementation. Familiar with Cost Center Accounting, Product cost, Costing Sheet, Internal Order Distribution and Assessment Allocation, Profit Center, Profit Analysis, General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets.

Skill: SAP FICO / S4 HANA Simple Finance module.  Integrated with PP, SD, MM, PS Modules, LSMW, ABAP, Smart forms, ALV, etc.

My Duty in projects for Production cost and Profit analysis:

In projects, I will analysis the users requirement and high-level approach, after that, we will have the to-be blue print and GAP-analysis document, after that, I will leading the key users to design the Standard Cost for Material and Activity type for work Center, We will estimate the cost of semi-product and Finished product, and then release the standard cost at the beginning of each month.

At end of Period, Calculate the overhead with distribution and assessment, asset depreciation, Work-in-process calculation and Variant Calculation.

Sometimes, Material Ledger will be used to calculate Actual Cost and multi currency with SAP.

After Period end, value fields will transfer to CO-PA automatically y characteristics. Since the Transfer rule can be defined by consultant for FICO, SFIN, PS,  etc.

In CO-PA report, we will analysis the contribution of customer and gross profit by Sales orders, On the other hand, we will compare the result and planning, to found out the variant why have loss.
