           Project #1        :       Ecat Audit

Role               :          RPA Developer.                                                       

Tools Used        :      Pega Robotics 19.1.13, MS Excel, Webapp, JavaScript, c#

Process Description:

  BOT access the Ecat Web application and Extract the various Sections, Quantity,Partnumber and Callouts data to Save the Excel file format. Based on the dynamic business rule sheet to update the reason code in excel file and send to business for audit process.

Project #2:                Air Freight Payment

Role               :          RPA Developer.                                                       

Tools Used       :      Pega Robotics 19.1.13, MS Excel,Mainframe, Raptor                 

Process Description:

BOT access the Email and download the attachments received from Supplier. BOT compare control file and file sent by supplier and add new records to control file. BOT validate all the values taken from supplier file and update the status. BOT login to main frame application and do the payment for validation successful records and take the screen shot of page if validation failed and send mail to Analyst

Project #3:                Linnworks and Rapid Application

Role               :          RPA Developer.                   

Tools Used        :      Pega Robotics 19.1.13, MS Excel, Mainframe, WEB API           

Process Description:

BOT will extract the data from Linnworks Web APIand save the Excel. Based on the API data bot will update the region and quantity to Mainframe Rapid application.

Roles and Responsibilities:

●      Understand requirements given by site

●      Analyze the feasibility of existing process suitable for operation

●      Designing, Developing and Testing BOTs for process Pega Robotics

●      Following Agile Methodologies Sprint planning and regular Retrospection meeting

●      Develop processes and objects using core principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

●      Automate different applications from end to end

●      Involved in preparing process related documents and status report

●      Work with different Teams and Identify the areas to Automate

●      Daily updates on the progress of the project.
