Project Description:

As a part of this business is using a sales promotions application called kantar to promote their sales and we automate different types of promotions for different customers.

Responsibilities:

•        Execution of critical scripts for weekly regression and monthly regression.

•        Involved in developing Automated Test Scripts and E2E processes within the delivery timelines.

•        Executing the same scripts for multiple iterations to check their correctness.

•        Maintaining existing automated business processes which include quality checking, data management, and execution.

•        Worked with functional teams to understand the business process flows, creation of master data and client specific best practices.

Project Description:

Customer relationship management is a process in which a business or other organization administers its interactions with customers, typically using data analysis to study large amounts of information.

Responsibilities:

•        Requirement gathering and analysis of new work.

•        Verifying the test environment.

•        Coordinated with developers to create 30+ test cases for regular maintenance and enhancements.

•        Taking ownership of the defect raised and coordinating with the resolver group.

•        Retesting of the test case for defect closure and sharing the failure analysis with the lead.

•        Worked with functional teams to understand the business process flows, creation of master data and client specific best practices.
