Customer Success Manager |TECHNOKARTS| FEB 2019 – TILL DATE

Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased software products or services.

Direct and coordinate with the team to ensure clients are tended appropriately in line with set customer service standards, deployment, training, and MNC are explained.

Client onboarding, our CRM product training, resolving every problem of clients while using product and Contract renewals are my key responsibilities.

Identifying and Analyzing the Client Requirements.

Determine annual unit and gross−profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

Attending after-sales meetings with Clients on requirement gathering to ensure details of contracts are established and to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.

Establish good work relationships with clients to ensure increased patronage and revenue and retain contact with clients so that they can easily obtain customer feedback concerning the quality of the company’s products.

Monitoring details of contracts and AMC’s to inform clients of the pending expiration dates and assist them in processing contract renewals.

Supervise all post-sales services offered to clients to ensure the firm’s promise of good customer service is actually enjoyed by Clients.
