Duties

• Working on the incorporation of smart technology & the use of portable devices. Acting as a conduit between the business, clients, and developers. Implementation of new services, applications and demonstrating them. Identifying and analyzing performance bottlenecks and rectifying them. Technical design and documentation of new applications. Responsible for requirements capture, design, coding, testing, installation. Website maintenance. Uploading product via CSV and uploaded product video.
• Compliance Monitor, track and report compliance of Company policies, provide information on opportunities for cost savings to internal clients, implement regional processes, routines and metrics to improve traveler compliance and utilization of the Company. Critically, the successful candidate will ensure that Supplier contracts are being delivered in line with the agreed contract, to the level of performance and quality, or that non-compliance or risk of non-compliance is escalated at the earliest moment to key teams.
