· Propose various concepts for special purpose machines to, meet the customers need.
· Creating 3D modeling and assemblies using CAD .
· Involved in product process design of small components of machines and conveyors using CAD.
· Released CAD drawings and selecting supplier for manufacturing of components. Selection of standard components required for conveyors and machines like Gearbox, motors, belts, chain and sprockets, Actuators, bearings, linear guides, sensors etc.
· With added responsibility of preparation of process chart to ensure smooth execution of various design and development projects. Similarly communicating to the customer for project related concepts and queries.
· Design and development in material handling equipment’s like conveyor, trollies, pallets etc.
· Preparing for modeling of conveyor systems and assemblies of machine, installation and irrection of conveyors and machine components under well guldens.
