CDH-LSAC ( Clinical Data Hub – Life Science Analytics Cloud )

Description CDH has the following components

1. Global Administration - This module enables users to perform administrative setup for Metadata, Global shared library, and Security Management across all modules in the solution.

2. Study Administration -This module allows for a study-specific setup in the system. It involves steps like study registration, Source system setup, Third-party metadata management, Job management, etc.

3. Clinical Data Pipeline - The purpose of the clinical data pipeline is to ingest data from a variety of sources. After the ingestion, it cleanses, transforms, and standardizes data as per the target data model.

4. Data Browser and Web services - A set of user-friendly interfaces to explore data in any of the underlying layers. Web services (REST API) allow the consumption of data by external applications or tools.
