RESPONSIBILITIES: Worked with Sutherland Global Services for Avaya Client. Experience in handling Worldwide Deals of Client. Using SFDC (Salesforce) to review and check the deal details. Dealing with Requesters/ Deal Managers/ Area Sales Leader and Regional Sales Leader (RSL) on daily basis for resolution of deal issues or escalations. Working on critical deals and resolve cases by chatting with AVAYA Sales Team. Using SAP to get financials details or requirement of client. Process the deal within a SLA Time Export the reports from SFDC (Salesforce) on weekly basis. Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level. Monitor revenue; reconcile receivables, and unearned accounts. Liaison with Sales, Contracts and VAD/Partners to ensure that all information is available to ensure accurate booking of orders and revenue in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Work with internal customers to resolve related revenue inquiries. Maintain the Daily work tracker.
