Description

Logistics Data Bank is a joint venture between the Government of India (NICDIT) and NEC Corporation. It is a web application that

facilitates the users (Shipper, Consignee, and Guest users) to track their containers in near real-time using RFID infrastructure

within a single window. LDB has integrated with PORT, RFID FIWARE, and FOIS systems for container tracking data. To track

container movement in near real-time, LDB has employed device based tracking systems (RFID tracking) installed at major LCOs

and national highways.

Role Responsibilities

Associate Project Manager

1. Create project plans, scope documents, schedules, and forecasts. Provide timely communication on the impact of changes and decisions.
2.  Facilitate requirements meetings, including the peer review sessions, and status meetings with clients and project team.
3.  Ensures that the project follows standardization according to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) definitions and other standards.
4.  Trains, develops, and motivates subordinates as necessary to meet established goals, reviews, and appraises their work performance.
5.  Plan, manage and execute work in accordance with performance metrics and KPI’s.
6.  Resolves project issues mitigate risks and manage scope change requests for all development sprints.
7.  Provide project progress reports to project team, stakeholders, management, and executives.
