The government of Saudi Arabia is keen to mitigate any obstacles encountered by the judicial system in Saudi Arabia. To be able to support new to-be ICMS initiative, MOJ has decided to initiate another stream of work to support any services to be consumed centrally (Shared Services). The services such as Translator Requests, Notifications etc. This document will provide more insights to the Shared Services. Also having the help center where the user can access all the questions announcements and videos from one place and admin can add them at any point of time

Role : Senior System Architect, UX Architect
Project : Friendly House Workers Settlement
Client : Ministry of Labor and Social Development, INOVAR, KSA
The house-workers settlements’ process begins with the initiation of a case by the plaintiff, who submits the case through either an electronic service channel (such as service portal and mobile application) or by visiting the settlements office (in this case, the Secretary Officer will submit the case on the plaintiff’s behalf).
The case passes by process steps so that a settlement officer can study the case after listening to both plaintiff’s claims and the defendant’s defense by conducting one or more listening sessions. The process ends with issuing a decision in the case. The settlement decision passes by a review cycle by the settlement committee.
