Project Description


Retail Service Manager is the primary servicing and client investigation system for Retail Bank. The application provides servicing/investigation for consumer liability account, consumer assets and commercial liabilities for the Retail Bank.

Role and Responsibilities:

 

1.      Process Improvements – Identify and construct new process frameworks, as well as reviewing, recommending and documenting improvements to established processes

2.      Manage incident management bridge calls with support teams, on-call support application teams and management

3.      Interface with LOB leads and other team – work to develop strategic relationships with key partners outside of major incidents.

4.      Strong working knowledge of tools such as Service Now, HP Quality, , and collaboration tools such as Sharepoint

5.      Prepared documentation and reporting for executive team on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis using ServiceNow tools and PowerPoint presentations. Worked on generation of Reports.

6.      Incident Fixing: Working towards the resolution of critical,high, medium and low incidents.

7.      Prepared post incident review documents and attend problem management review meetings to ensure determination of root cause.

8.      Prepared UTR for Incidents and participated in code review call.
