Project Title: HCM Implementation
· Time and Absence Implementation Lead/ SME for around 150 K employees for US and CANADA locations.
· Worked on design, requirement gathering workshops, SIT, configuration/ setup, preparation of config workbook, Test/ FUT Document, UAT, Production Migration, Post Production Support and AMS issues.
· Worked on third party integration like ADP for CANADA Payroll and Dormakaba for US clocking system.
· Worked on various Validation, Time Entry Rule creation, end to end setups and conversion through JAVA Load and HDL Load.
· End to end setup of Absence module, accrual and eligibility requirement handling for US and CANADA legislation and worked with Tech team on fast formula.
· Strong experience/ knowledge of Time and Labor module as an implementer and Absence Management, Core HR as a support engineer.
· Presently working on the EU rollout of Time and Absence module and managing Year End Year Begin Project for 2022-23.
· Successfully managing delivery of Version Upgrade/ Enhancement along Oracle Cloud HCM Applications projects through proper traceability matrix.
· Working with the customer to confirm scope and goals, objectives and business justification, resources allocation and estimation.
· Leading, monitoring, and maintaining progress of project plans to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within the agreed constraints of time, cost and quality.
· Managing the agreed scope of the project to ensure that Change Requests are clearly called out, agreed and impacted against timeline.
· Daily stand-up calls for the Scrum meetings with multiple stakeholders and deciding on the Epic/ story delivery for each sprint and descoping/ scoping stories etc.
· Involved in Year End Year Begin activities, Jira stories for Time and absence.
