Description:

Nimble is an end-to-end enterprise workflow solution for publishing process management. Developed based on the strong fundamentals and standards of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), Nimble can handle any possible scenarios in a workflow. Nimble uses jBPM (jBoss Business Process Management) Engine to define and execute workflows thus defining a workflow is as easy as drawing a process diagram in jBPM.

Roles and Responsibilities:

v  Analyzing the Requirements and understanding the behavior of the application.

v  Identifying and preparing the Test Scenarios

v  Preparing the Metrics, Test closure report for each sprint

v  Designing the Test Cases for Identified scenarios

v  Preparing the Test Data

v  Uploading the test cases into Test Plan Module

v  Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)

v  Tracking the Defect and Reporting using Bugzilla.

v  Reporting the Defects

v  Coordinating with Development team to resolve the issues during the sprint

v  Preparing Impact Analysis, L0, L1 and Effort Estimation for the team.

Description: 

Xerox’s web browser-based software tool installs, configures, manages, monitors, and reports on networked printers and multifunction devices in the enterprise - regardless of manufacturer. The application proactively monitor device status receiving alerts on printer status and problems, allowing everyday issues to be resolved before users experience down-time.

Printer driver is a piece of software that converts the data to be printed to the form specific to a printer. The purpose of printer drivers is to allow applications to do printing without being aware of the technical details of each printer model.

Driver testing involves testing the drivers on different OS platforms. The drivers are tested in Windows platform and also the drivers are tested in Citrix, Cluster and Novell environments. The driver converts the user’s feature selection to a PRN file and sends them to the printer for printing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

v  Skilled in understanding Software Requirement Specification and identifying the required Test Scenarios.

v  Understanding the Requirements and Functional Specifications of the application. Prepared and Executed Test Cases as per System Requirements.

v  Defect Reporting using IBM Rational Clear Quest Tool.

v  Executed the test cases using XML configuration tool.

v  Responsible for running test cases and posting defects.

v  Performed Skilled in understanding Software Requirement Specification and identifying the required Test Scenarios.

v  Understanding the Requirements and Functional Specifications of the application. Prepared and Executed Test Cases as per System Requirements.

v  Negative testing in all areas where it is possible and ensured the robustness of the software.

v  Test Environment: Windows7, windows8,Windows 8.1 and windows 10 OS.

v  Performed Adhoc and exploratory testing to identity the “show stoppers” at the earliest.

v  Usage of VMware Player and Oracle virtual box to perform testing in different operating system.
