Job Responsibilities and Duties:

·        RETAIL ITEM CARD (including the creation of vendor item number, item description, vendor/supplier number, vendor item code, quantity of products by its count, bar-coding and pricing.

·        Preparing and encoding of L.P.O. (List of Purchase Order) (including purchase order number, designating the right vendor number, its address and complete details, company’s own details and location, receiving date, invoice’s number and the updater/encoder (as the data’s full detail form),manual encoding of product’s barcode, item code, item number,description,quantities and amount.

·        Checking of invoices, quantity, amount and availability of the products according to the given order form or list of purchase order.

·        Bar-coding of each and every product by single piece, pack, carton and/or box.

·        Making, printing and laminating of names and tags of some products for displays and descriptions

·        Doing Inventories relating the products sales, arranging tracking’s upon deliveries, dealing with the suppliers and customers as well
