CDI is a strategic program implemented by Barclays to integrated Barclays Corporate Customer data across the Europe.

It aims to be a Single point of golden data available for services such as Cash Management, Payments, Pricing,
Reporting etc offered by the bank to its Corporate and Business Customer. IBM InfoSphere MDM Server provides

to have a single repository of data and rules where the compliance can be monitored and will be responsible
for determining the KYC Compliance Status of a customer, its Risk Score and Enhanced Due Diligence.

Description: This project is only platform to register feedback from the different applications like Striaghtline,
Loyalty Application, EPS, Reverse Auction.This project takes care of the feedback given by the customers
of different application like Coal Junction,Auto Junction etc. There are three types of role available
Logger(who raised the feedback ) , Receiver ( who received and addressed to appropriate person ) and
Resolver ( who resolved the feedback ). The feedback types are Suggestion or Complaint. Feedback is logged
by the user and is forwarded to the Receiver depending upon the type of feedback and type of business unit.
Receiver then forwarded to it to the Resolver. Resolver takes care of this feedback and after Resolving it the
solution is mailed back to the user who registered the complaint.
There is similar project for MJ Employees called Employee Feedback Portal. The functionality of this project
