WORK EXPERIENCE Senior Technical Consultant Intercom Enterprises 04/2022 - Present, Cairo, Egypt Part of a team that successfully delivered a major project for (PPO, Egypt) using ImageTrust scanning software and OpenText Content server. Implemented more than 120 workflows for the customer that they used to scan their cases and export them at the end to OpenText Content Server. Part of a team that worked on OpenText Extended ECM for SAP solutions that worked on creating completing integration and creation of Business Workspaces in OpenText with regards to their SAP Business Objects. Senior Software Engineer ASSET Technology 10/2017 - 04/2022, Cairo, Egypt Was a part of a team that managed to successfully deliver more than 100 workflows for Minister of Defense (UAE) to manage their daily flows and automate them - OpenText Appworks Platform, External UI using JavaScript and KnockoutJS for binding, SOAP UI for web-services execution, SQL stored procedures. Successful delivery for Shalfa company in KSA by implementing more than 20 workflows to automate their flows such as (Tenders, Correspondences, Recruitment) - Documentum xCP, Java services for reports. Implementation of a Meeting Management System for DUSSUR company in KSA. It was implemented to schedule, monitor, plan and re-plan meetings to help them in accelerating their business by organizing and scheduling their meetings - Documentum xCP, Java services for reports. Developed an Extraction tool for Vodafone Egypt to extract metadata from a specific document in Documentum, stores them in a CSV file, and transfer it to another server dynamically using SFTP protocol on a daily basis - Java, Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC). Supporting a warehousing company in Qatar called GWC that has a previously implemented application for them using Documentum (Captiva Capture System, D2) installed on a cluster environment. Worked to provide needed data for them, support them on fixing their issues, requirements and continuous changes - Documentum Captiva, Documentum D2. Developed a Retention tool for Vodafone Egypt that purges specific objects in DMS based on the extracted data from CSVs - Java, Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC).
