Experience September 2022- Present Twilio Technologies, Hyderabad - Agile Program Manager

● SAFe Scrum master for 4 Agile teams(3 Scrum + 1 Kanban) working in SAFe configuration. Responsible for preparing teams for PI planning activities, representing teams in Scrum of Scrums, PI Demo’s, System Demo, Change management meetings. Coach team members and PO/PM for backlog creation & prioritization. Coach and enable teams to become self organized and on continuous improvement. Work relentlessly with agile metrics to demonstrate and help teams improve PI over PI.

● Drive the Kanban team to reduce the SLA and increase productivity by setting up Kanban system design and enabling the team to pull work & track with CFD as an agile metric.
