I enjoy over Twelve years of solid experience in fields of hospitality, hotel management and aviation management including experiences in Kitchen management operations as I started my career with ITC Hotels in ITC Windsor , followed by my successful stints at Welcom Hotel Vadodara and Pre opening team member at Ottimo Cucina Italiana at ITC Grand Chola Chennai. I was moved into Food & Beverage Service department at Welcom Hotel Vadodara in March 2013 and took charge as Food & Beverage Manager for over a year. Being a Local resident of the city and my Parsi/Gujarati credentials I was able to add value to the brand we offer at Welcom Hotel and successful in connecting with the people due to my strong PR in the city and my family’s years along association with the city of Vadodara. 

 

With my stint at Etihad Airways I was able to travel extensively around the world, develop menus and selecting beverages from the company’s varied beverage portfolio for our Award winning Etihad First Apartments and Business Studios on our flagship Airbus – 380 aircraft. I was also involved with the Training department in coaching and mentoring crew members on food and beverage skills, customer service management, guest delight and experience management. 

 

I am very keen to take new responsibilities with bigger operations and high challenges. I am a fast learner and can adapt easily to any new situations, moving from kitchen operations to overall food and beverage management to public relations and guest experience. 

 

I am also fluent in Gujarati language besides English and Hindi and my International work experience of working for Etihad airways in dealing with different cultures and nationalities.
