▪ PMO - Control of multiple projects and roll-outs. Team management.
▪ Project management methodologies: Agile, Lean, Scrum, PRINCE2, Waterfall, SAP Activate.
▪ Monitoring of projects: profitability, budget, expenses, team, degree of progress.
▪ Economic management and profitability. Management of customer expectations, risks / Management Committee.
▪ Expert consultant in SAP/OPENTEXT VIM implementations, upgrades, assesments.
▪ Implementation of national and international projects and roll out.
▪ Requirements gathering, analysis and design of business processes.
▪ Document management (Blueprint, configuration document, functional design).
