▪ Responsible for delivery center and AMS Support.

▪ Support in pre-sale of projects and offer of services.

▪ Management of OPENTEXT Partner / Certifications. Resources Committee / Equipment Control. PROJECT MANAGER / OPENTEXT CONSULTANT EXPERT (SEVERAL INDUSTRIES):

▪ PMO - Control of multiple projects and roll-outs. Team management.

▪ Project management methodologies: Agile, Lean, Scrum, PRINCE2, Waterfall, SAP Activate.

▪ Monitoring of projects: profitability, budget, expenses, team, degree of progress.

▪ Economic management and profitability. Management of customer expectations, risks / Management Committee.

▪ Expert consultant in SAP/OPENTEXT VIM implementations, upgrades, assesments.

▪ Implementation of national and international projects and roll out.
