Nov-21 to Till Date ➢ Successfully manger $6-7 million budget Analytical Power BI & Azure based project and successfully achieved the project scheduled goals ➢ Organize and hold project execution kick-off meeting. Ensure commitment to the project from project team members, customers or stakeholders ➢ Execute the project plan from planning to closing by organize, coordinate and lead the project team and activities ➢ Manage resources, develop schedules and individual responsibilities to perform project activities ➢ Responsible to understand and get the requirement of the project from client and create project breakdown structure, ensure required infrastructure is available to develop and deliver the working software by managing team size of 6 ➢ Responsible to groom the backlog, prioritising the user stories/feature, conduct of Scrum ceremonies and ➢ Managed the project using scrum in Jira and created the Business Dashboard in Jira to supervise and monitor project progress against project goal ➢ Regular conduction of internal meeting to bring new innovative ideas to table and involved in Research and Strategy, hence creating POCs, wire-frames of the dashboard ➢ Interact and manage the client to aware on the project progress and build relationship to generate new leads ➢ Reviewed constantly the customer feedback, analyse the risks and suggest ways to improve the process and customer service level which enhance the satisfaction rate ➢ Responsible for hiring the suitable candidates to the team through interviews, conflict management and maintain sustainable environment with in scrum team ➢ Involved in Org level new initiatives viz Magazine, Speak-Up club
