• Handle queries of groups all of countries visas like (USA, UK, Schengen, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Russia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand & other countries as well.

• Collect payment from corporate/agents.

• Suggest to agents/customers to travel for holidays

• Collect the payment from customer

• Provide solutions on escalation

• Handling queries, negotiating with supplier on sales queries
