I was responsible for BAU activities from SQL server database, which includes day -to-day activities like working on user requests, incidents and change requests. Also, performance regular sanity checks on databases in terms of backups and recovery, vulnerability remediations, space management, database migration from lower version to higher version and DR activities,etc. Worked with global team with its presence in EU, US and APAC.

Also, visiting the local data centers and perform monthly maintains with in assigned data center, performance regular sanity checks on databases in terms of backups and recovery, vulnerability remediations, space management, etc. Worked with IBM Application teams to support application related databases and covered APAC.
