• As part of Risk Advisory practice, Karan has hands-on-experience in conducting internal audits on major processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Fixed Assets, Production, HR & Payroll, Supply Chain Management, Finance & Accounts, Information Technology General Control, Compliance Management, etc. across multiple industries in reputed listed as well as private MNC’s.

• Single-handedly conducted PAN India Location Audits for a Consumer Durables giant.

• Conducted Revenue Assurance Audit for a Listed IT (NIFTY 50) client covering various business models like T&M billing model, device-based billing, fixed price projects, etc. that involved analysis of revenue entries in SAP environment and also assisted in performing Geo Entity audits for locations of New Zealand and Australia. 

Testing of Internal Financial Controls

• Performed end to end testing of internal financial controls on major processes of multiple organisations involving test of design and test of effectiveness of both Entity Level Controls (ELC) and Process Level Controls (PLC)
