Environment : AR/ITSM (8.x, 9.x, Helix), AWS, Smart Reporting (9.x, Helix), AO. Project 3: Name : Process Logger Project Type : Development Technology : Python, Linux. Brief Description: AR/ITSM:

• This project takes care of Remedy ARS, ITSM application and its integrations for all Ondemand Customers.

• As per the requirement, I take care on upgrading AR/ITSM to the latest version.

• Keeping their integration in working condition.

• Develop and debug workflow, Webservices, SRDs, SLA as per requirement. MyIT(DWP)/ SmartIT:

• This is basically a mobile application in place of ITSM. I take care on implementing MyIT/SmartIT set up on customer environment. • Apart from this I also take care with its upgrade to the latest version where MyIT/Smart IT is already present.

• Do Customisation DWP/SmartIT as per customers requirement.

• Give support in case customer facing any issue. DWPC:

• This is Modern self-service for the digital workplace. I take care on implementing DWPC set up on customer environment. Apart from this I also take care with its upgrade to the latest version and administer the system.

• Develop new services to support customers business needs.

• Give support in case customer facing any issue. Smart Reporting:

• Remedy Smart Reporting is an easy-to-use, web-based report writer for non-technical users.

• Using Yellowfin technology as the platform, Remedy Smart Reporting offers drag-and-drop simplicity for formatting and data selection. You can use the tool to reuse components such as source connections and views. You can create rich data visualization, interactive charts, and crossapplication reports. BCM:

• With BMC Client Management, we can have access to set of integrated tools for patch management, inventory management, remote desktop management, deployment management. I have worked on its upgrade part. RSSO:

• This is BMC single Sign-on Tool. This is used for Web authentication. Linux:

• I have automated scripts for MyIT/ Smart IT tenant and cluster upgrade.

• I have also automated RSSO configuration and AR, mid-tier installation using shell. Docker:

• Created Containers in Docker.

• Container management using Docker by writing Dockerfiles.

• building of Docker Images and publish into a private repository. Role/Responsibilities:

• Understanding the existing application and perform upgrade, align customisation after upgrade, do customisation as per requirement.

• Create Report, maintain smart reporting server, create smart reporting view, scheduled a report, support Smart reporting application.

• Writing business logic using Linux scripts if needed.

• Integrating Remedy ARS with other components and develop workflow as per requirement.

• Support on MyIT/SmartIT application, Customise and upgrade.

• Deployment of application to UAT and Prod Servers.

• Coordinating with team for bug fixing and Tracking.

• Upgraded 150+ customers for MyIT/SmartIT.

• 70+ Remedy Production cutover.

• Upgraded 13+ customers for BCM.

• Support of different applications and actively participating in automation activities. Deploy application on container and debug the issues.
