• The Financial Conduct Authority is the conduct regulator for nearly 60,000 financial services firms and financial markets in the UK and the prudential supervisor for 49,000 firms, setting specific standards for 19,000 firms

Description:

• Building Salesforce (cloud) application for KPN’s small and medium enterprise market segment for KPN EEN product (Mobile, Internet, VOIP). Along with Salesforce, Vlocity as a UI platform is used to deliver rich user interface and additional functionalities. Software is put to live and is currently being used.

Benefits delivered:

·        Number of orders (500 orders per week) that are being processed are almost 10 times higher than a year ago

·        Provided automated filling of forms and data for the sales agents in the new software that reduces the chances of mistakes and reduces the administrative work.

·        NPS for delivery was at -45 that has risen to -5 in September’17.
