Job Responsibilities

• Integration & Configuration of Customer Premises Equipment (e.g.-Routers, Switches, Firewall, Gateway, IP Phone, IP TV STB).
• Configuration of ONT/ONU and OLT (e.g.-Nokia, Huawei & Zhone).
• 24*7 Support for FTTx Operations and Maintenance for all types of ONT/ONU, OLT, Routers & Switches, and all-fiber equipment.
• 
  
• Backend Support to the Field Engineer to make the site up on a real-time basis and troubleshoot & configuration-related issues for customer complaints.
• Coordination with TX team for FTTx Sites, Enterprise Customers, and Configurations of routing protocols (ISIS, BGP, MPLS, OSPF).
