s Responsible for Project Documentation Verification for Client, working in conjunction with ITIL Best practices to ensure accurate Migration Strategies and managing multi-time zone people like US and India.

s Gathered requirements for ServiceNow enhancements such as form changes, dropdowns, and attachments.

s Data certification with business owners using data certification plug-in in ServiceNow

s Development of Service catalog which includes creating new catalog items, designing workflows and execution plans.
