• Working for a leading logistic company to transform the Sales business into next level using Salesforce ecosystem.

• Sales cloud is the core of the project which evolves with integrations with external system both inbound and outbound with the help of a middleware. The project uses OOTB features of Salesforce extensively along with customization using LWC.

• Involvement in multiple areas starting from refinement of user stories, story point estimations, development of user stories, client interaction, deployment of user stories etc. Feb 2020 - May 2021 Senior Salesforce Professional Extentia Information Technology, Pune • Involved in multiple project work for different clients that involved use of Salesforce OOTB features along with customization and "source - destination" integrations using . aura, LWC, apex etc.

• The projects were mainly around Community cloud and Sales cloud for clients who primarily belong to Pharmaceutical sector.

• Involved in various responsibilities such as discussion with clients to understand the requirements, propose solutions, create stories, estimations, development, distribution of work among junior developers, code reviews, deployment etc. May 2018 - Sep 2019 Associate Consultant Capgemini, Pune

• An opportunity where the project was for a voyage business to bring the cruise services online. The project evolved from Sales cloud to service cloud and finally community cloud. Service and community cloud features were used extensively to make the experience smooth for both customers and agents.

• Started Salesforce development career here where worked for multiple clients with different clouds and different salesforce framework.

• Involved in projects that used Sales cloud, Service cloud, community cloud, and some POCs around health cloud

• Played multiple roles from being a junior developer to senior developer, working into admin, dev areas and gradually moving forward towards clients interaction, user story creation, deployment etc.
