Responsibilities:
· Baseline Configurations and Fine-tune Configurations.
· Created enterprise and personnel structure.
· Configured custom wage type.
· Defined Absence and Absence Quota.
· Resolved PF Related issues.
· Configuration of India specific statutory compliances.
· Created PCR Related to EDLI, OT, Leave encashment, and Voluntary tax.
· Prepared functional specifications of all the WRICEF Developments.
· Assisted technical consultants in developing custom pay slip.
· Supported technical consultant for custom reports, data uploads through BDC.
· Provide support for running Payroll and maintaining the Control Record.
· Assisted users to maintain various Payroll info types like IT0008, IT0014, and IT0015.
· Assigned GL accounts to respective wage types.
· Integrated HR Module with FI.
· Conducted UT (Unit Testing) of the configured system.
· Conducted UAT and resolved errors.
· Data Migration to Production System through LSMW & BDC.
· Go-live and Support.
