WORK EXPERIENCE:

A total interior infrastructure solutions provider offering its services from design assistance and turnkey executions. With ability and experiences it facilitates the architects, builders, and customers to achieve the best of quality and within stipulated timelines.

 DGM – Projects & Marketing

Responsibilities –

• Handling a team of project in charges / manager in executing the projects.
• Optimizing the monitoring of the projects at a given point of time to a particular project in charge.
• A complete PMC undertaking for execution of projects. This involves below mentioned activities:

Ø Feasibility study of the executed project.

Ø Coordination of the designs and their feasibility for executions.

Ø Weekly site meetings with the vendors for their progress and time deadlines.

Ø Sourcing of the right vendors with their capabilities.

Ø Monitoring the quality of executions.

Ø Time to time status update to the customers.

Ø Approving the measurements for further financial activities.

Ø Finally completion report with all documentations.

·        Communication, team building, time management, conflict management are the key factor for a Project Manager and will act as a pivot on which the entire project is balanced.

• In line with the marketing activities. Generating leads and converting these leads to customers.
• On a marketing front keeping the architects and interior designers informed about the product and services, and updating the new developments 
• Monitoring the team’s performances and assisting the ways to meet the targets on a regular basis.
• Regular coordination with the factory on arriving the priorities and meeting the site installations works as per the desired sequential project plan.
• Effective cost control through effective project management. Handling a team of site supervisors and monitoring their performances pertaining to their activities.
