In newly set-up companies’, have been required to set up systems for my analysis, research and operational efficiency. Have innovated & pioneered many new concepts throughout my job profile. Have transitioned many US based processes like internet lead generation, e-mail marketing production, survey data input & analysis, newsletter research & production, CRM data input & data maintenance to India in a captive KPO environment in an effective manner. Also transferred the financial entity rating process from Duff & Phelps, Chicago to India. Have successfully developed credit rating business in Delhi, marketed the CFP certification to many students in Delhi & Kolkata, generated successful business for ZweigWhite, LLC through e-mail marketing production & successfully generated effective leads myself & team through internet research in the US healthcare market. Have trained and mentored extensively on the job and also tutored and mentored CFP students and MBA aspirants. Am well versed with senior management interaction and meetings and representing credit rating analysis at Credit Rating Committees. Am familiar with the complete due-diligence process involved in credit rating including Financial Analysis, Management Analysis, Industry Analysis, Business Analysis, Credit Quality, Auditor & Banker interaction. Have developed content for the internationally acclaimed Certified Financial Planner designation (based in Denver, Colorado) when it came to India. Am a keen Business & Finance reader and writer and have written many articles for Indian Infrastructure, Powerline, Financial Express and Investors India on Project Finance and Personal Finance. Have also authored industry research reports on Banks & Financial Institutions, Insurance & Securitization and done a feasibility study on online share trading.
