Engineer – Electromechanical       (Mumbai Metro – Versova –Andheri - Ghatkopar Corridor)

·     Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance of the MEP equipment’s.

·     Executing and supervising the maintenance of Electro-Mechanical (MEP) system which includes following equipment’s: HVAC, MVAC, Fire Protection System, Fire Detection System, Lifts, Escalators, Access Control System, Building Management System, Lighting system, DG set, LV System, UPS..

·     Developing strategies and scope for the electrical/mechanical equipment inspection and maintenance of the installed electrical & mechanical equipment and associated systems.

·     Monitoring consumption of spare parts and work out strategies to minimize them.

·     Managing the spare parts inventory to ensure spare availability & minimize inventory cost as well.

·     Participating when required in the multidisciplinary Area Integrity/ Reliability Management Team.

·     Conduct corrective actions in line with safety audits and recommendations of Operations Interface.

·     Done installation testing and commissioning of FAAST ( Fire Alarm Aspiration Sensing Technology ) at interlocking Metro stations.

·     Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with OHSAS policies for a safe working environment and avoiding accidents.

·     Prepare work schedules and carrying out resources planning and resource balancing. Identify need, plan and conduct training programs.

·     Analyses of faults with MEP systems.

·     Track work progress with respect to work schedule

·     Identifying, developing, implementing and tracking of Project Safety Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).

·     Assistance to Sr, technician for maintenance & operation handling for HT and LT panel, DG, UPS.

·        Maintenance & Operation handling for :-

 LT panel preventive maintenance, Breakdownmaintenance, load balancing of all distribution panels and DBs.

DG weekly preventive measure and basic maintenance.

UPS preventive Maintenance measure check and on load testing and battery healthiness checks using battery meter.

·     BMS system, Access control system & Fire alarm system, HVAC System’s basic maintenance & operation.

·     Fire fighting pump operation and maintenance with schedule testing. Carried out fire integration testing work. Also responsible for all type of fire extinguisher system testing and maintenanace.

·     Responsible for FM200 fire suppression and CO2 flooding system testing and scheduled maintenance.

·     Escalator & Lift basic maintenance & Operation.

·     WWTP equipment maintenance.

·     Participation in all Preventive Maintenance & Responsible for Electrical breakdown.

·     Diesel Generator Operation and Basic preventive maintenance of -180 KVA & 1010KVA
