WORKING EXPERIENCE

• Working at NIIT Ltd. as desktop support engineer from Oct 2014 to Jan 2017

Work on virtualization technology on different vendors implementation like Citrix XenApp XenDesktop Vmware ESX and V-center and AWS EC2 instance JAMF & OSI implementation of production Server 2016 roles on Active Directory and LDAP over RHEL by cloud machines and making of VM for the testing team and share storage over SAN &NAS and configuration of Veeam for disaster plan.

• Working as EDP support Associate at BESU Kolkata from MARCH 2017 to 2018 JULY

Creation of user and groups for the team and implement security policies over Office 365 and server 2016 and configuration of lotus and LYNC. Managing Exchange SERVER for better communication and Kerberos authentication by RHEL Symantec antivirus, Sophos, and Cisco ASA implementation and maintenance configuration of SSH and telnet for remote communication on Linux machines over AWS and KVM via the web console.

• Work as an L1 engineer at DASS INFOTECH Kolkata from SEPT 2018 to 2019

Work on JAMF OSI at IMT BAWAL from Jan 2020 to March 2020.

Installation and maintenance of SAP and other software for live inventory management user access control over Linux environment. Migration from basic storage backup to LUN iSCSI on Ethernet via SAN &NAS. And backup on Veeam by rules over the team by management and virtualization engineering in the R&D team.
