Description: Unilever is the largest consumer goods packaging company in UK.    

Business processing agents manually enters the product details in web based application. Business Agent navigates between input excel screen and the application to update the details. In robotic automation process, the robots reads the data in the input from the source location and place the date into web based portal. This increases the accuracy, efficiency, saves time and eliminates human effort to the maximum level

Description: Metrics Reports for client are extracted from Amplify Service Now and inputted to the Metrics Template. Most of the metrics are taken directly from Amplify and pasted and calculated the SLA % for the day. It is a daily activity to every resource which reduces the human effort and saves each resource time
