I am Divya IP from Thripunithura,Kochi. I am an MBA graduate (Finance and HR) having experience in Finance as well as in Bpo industry as I had worked in Charter bpo solutions, Infopark, Kochi in the year 2008-2009 as AR executive as well as in KPMG for 2011-14 as Lead_ Quality analyst.

In Kpmg I had been handling a team of 9-10 associates and guiding them to perform the daily assigned tasks on time and review within TAT before sending back to US clients. 

Later I moved to Muble solutions pvt ltd, Kochi in 2014-15. There I was in to HR Team and designated as Zone in charge. I have handful experience recruiting that too both in online sourcing of candidates and their onboarding. ,
