Job Responsibilities:

Managing Server 2008/2012(R2)/2016.

Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WDS Server.

Designed, planned, and implemented Group Policy and OU structure by company requirement

Manage Alcatel EPABX server (Define Ext. No, Create Voice email, Assign DID, Reset Voice email PW, Create Contact directory) Analog phone & Digital Phone or troubleshoot line connectivity Issue.

Monitor network devices ‘firewall (Sophos) and Wi-Fi Aruba devices”.

Manage LAN connectivity issues and resolve the network issue.

Managing O365 admin portal (Create/Delete/Block of User, Group and Policy, Block sender & Receiver email and domain, Export PST, Managing subscription, Generate report as per requirement)

Managing Seqrite End Point Security Cloud (Policy creation and providing restriction of website and USB on the client).Installation, Configuration &updating of Antivirus in all client's computers.

Manage Network printers & Local printers and resolve connectivity issues.

Configuring & maintaining Mail Client Microsoft Outlook /2010/2013/2016 also troubleshooting the issue accordingly.

Configure and maintenance to user profile and Providing Full hardware & software supports.

Managing all licensed software (Windows 7/8/8.1/10, Window Server 2008/2012r2, O365 business-standard/Basic, Microsoft Office 2010/2013)

Tracking/Tagging all hardware (Server, Desktop, Laptop, Chrome Book, Digital phone/Analog phone)

Handling day-to-day calls using phone/mail/chat/HRMS tool.
