Responsibilities:

 I am capturing requirements from clients, Designing, Development, and Testing Salesforce applications.

 SFDC Configuration and SFDC customizing the applications as per requirements.

 Coordinate user-outreach programs to train and educate on Salesforce-based applications

 Analyze user experience and coordinate with the development teamto enhance application features.

 Address issues and outages reported by users and get them resolved.

 Code review, code optimization, and quality assurance.
