Professional experience:

Worked at St Paul’s School, Jhalamand, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India as an Office Administrator for 3 years 10 months. [August 16th, 2017 last working day]

Responsibilities:-

To manage the entire School Data i.e Student information, Fee deposits etc.

To manage day to day expenses.

To keep record and prepare for various upcoming events in the calendar year.

To attend customer queries.

To prepare Question papers, Circulars & Notices.

To keep Principal updated about forthcoming events & preparation for the same.

To administrate School activities in absence of Principal.

Worked with IBM Daksh for more than 9 months as Operations Executive from September 13th, 2007 up to June 9th 2008.

Responsibilities:-

To resolve the queries and complaints of highly irated customer which can not be handled by normal agents and decrease the number of interactions and provide resolutions.

To keep the record of the customers interactions and queries / complaints.

To inform the higher level about the jobs accomplished and submit a daily report.

To keep the record of the incentives earned by the team and keep a track on the work done.
