Work with Company Proprietor to strategically plan HR activities that will benefit the company and encourage employees to work more efficiently
Hiring & Providing Orientation procedure for new employees.
Continually update employees about HR current policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, social media, etc)
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture especially in Pandemic (Covid 19), ensuring to stay positive & productive Ensure Management & Employees are properly connected.
Arrange meetings and meet regularly with employees for progress reviews, any grievances or problems they may have.
Promote an open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues. Coordinate and direct work activities for management and employees.
Client handling if required and asked by the management.
Maintenance of Client Database.
Preparing of Scope Of Work of Project for Client which includes Goals & Objectives, Deliverables, Scheme of Work, Fee Schedule, Procedure stepwise etc
Leave Management (Only CL / SL).
Issuing and keeping records of all official letters to employees.
Looking after Salary Sheet (Payroll)
