 Over 4.6+ years of experience with adequate hands-on experience in Web hosting and Linux System Administration in a wide variety of professional system support and solution-based IT services for Linux Systems (or administrations) including, monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of operating systems.

 Currently working in a support team on the Linux platform for a reputed web hosting company in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

 Deployment on Centos and Ubuntu server as per Developer requirements.

 Provide technical support on Linux and Networking to 10k+ servers via ticket boards like Ubersmith and WHMCS

 Management of VMs based on Linux KVM virtualization using SolusVM.

 Server Monitoring and Load Management. Ensuring maximum server uptime.

 Configuring and Managing DNS using Poweradmin, a web-based DNS administration tool

 Monitoring and protection against volumetric DDoS attacks using Wanguard

.  Creating ACLs/ Edge Rules to mitigate DDOS attack for suspicious traffic flow.
