➢ Hands-on experience on Exchange 2010/2013 and Office 365. Managing Domains in Office 365 and MS Exchange policies for Administrators.
➢ Providing M365 services to more than 2L+ users with their requirements.
➢ Performing admin tasks for Office365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, Yammer, Exchange, forms, online m365 Apps etc.,) and solving issues related to them.
➢ Office 365 license assigning and managing users’ mailboxes (create, modify, delete, manages mailbox,
➢ Recover deleted emails, setting up mailbox quota limits and permissions) Troubleshooting the issues related to mail flow, mail routing, Outlook configuration, OWA connectivity issues, Auto-discovery, permissions and password issues.
➢ Creating backup of Mailbox, Archiving Mailbox, Migrating users from on-premise to online. Perform restorations of mailboxes in Exchange 2007/2010/2013 and on online Maintaining Security& Compliance in0365 by filters like EOP, ATP.
➢ Anti-Malware, spam and Phishing policies implementation. Constantly checking for Vulnerabilities.
➢ UsingPowerShellcommandforbulkchanges.Troubleshootingcomplexserverlevel issues, coordinating with the Vendor (Microsoft) and fixing them.
➢ Utilize Azure AD and/or existing PowerShell scripts to customize clients' Office 365 portal/on-prem Enterprise applications.
➢ Respond to customer tickets/cases via services now, Services manager and customized Rservices desk in resolving Office 36S related issues/concerns.
➢ Creating a knowledge base article for L1 and L2 Team and review every 6 months for better improvement.
