Responsibilities          :

• Responsible for Chorus (New Zealand) and Orange (France) networks.
• Providing L1 support for 7450, 7750 Alcatel Routers and 5302, 5330 DSLAMs.
• Taking pre-check and post-check in while activity.
• Co-ordinate with high level team to resolve the major issue like tool issue, repeated fault issue.

·        Configuring and monitoring the Network parameters of Microwave and their IP Network of France.

·        Upgrading the software and Licences from the backend (GNOC) and best Quality of services provided to the customers.
