I have over all 6 years of experience in Finance and presently working in Geospatial Media and Communication Pvt. Ltd as a Jr. Accounts Executive from November 2014. Roles and Responsibility:- I. Account Receivable:-

Pro forma & Final Invoice generate and provide to the sales person on the same time and keep record of contract also.

Posting of invoices in TALLY system on regular basis.

Preparing reports and ensures an efficient tracking system for sales invoices & all outstanding payments.

Reconciliation of debtors.

To inform concerned managers for payment updates and to verify TDS and bank charges in each transaction and to update the same in Tally system.

Cash Inflow Statement preparation.
