· Lead the process of attracting, screening, selecting, and onboarding a qualified person for a job.
· To understand IT requirements of clients IT resource need and deliver qualified consultants
· Establishing relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.
· Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on my organization’s process.
· Use Job portals such as Monster, Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed to source the right talent and set up search criteria's for quicker sourcing.
· Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
