Projects SLB Integration :- My first project where i worked on creating notifications, SLA. Focused on learning and taking ownership of what is assigned to you.
PROXIMUS :- Worked for a telecom service provider -Proximus .Working with development team which is handling the CSM part of the project. Also worked on ITSM modules, bulk upload, agent workspace configuration.
NOMURA :- Currently working for a giant financial sector as a ServiceNow Engineer under DevOps module.
