TEAM LEAD/STONE BRANCH SPECIALIST • ACCENTURE • OCT-2018 – PRESENT I lead a team of 9 members to support SAP, Informatica, Linux/Windows OS jobs using Stonebranch UAC. Have been imparting training for Stonebranch to several users within and outside (as a freelancer) the company. Started here with the migration of batch jobs from TWS to Stonebranch. After the completion of the migration project, started my role as L3 support for Stonebranch at Accenture. Have worked upon several agent installation/upgrades and other critical admin activities like creating new SAP connections, SAP RFC library upgrade, UUID/strace installation, etc. Migration from on-prem servers to AWS cloud for batch jobs. Implementing SSL certificates for Agent to OMS connection. Created shell scripts to carry out special automation using REST APIs and helped in troubleshooting complex issues. Worked on integrating Stonebranch and ServiceNow
