Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Configuringand troubleshooting Load balancers on NetScaler ADC.
Ø Troubleshoot OSPF adjacency issues and other configuration issues between remote sites and Datacenter
Ø Troubleshoot and resolve various vulnerability reported by TVM team.
Ø Working on Bluecat address Manager , for IP address management, DNS management and DHCP management
Ø Working on CISCO ASA ,Firepower and Checkpoint firewalls
Ø Troubleshoot of various VPN issues in terms of routing
Ø Upgrade OS for various devices i.e. Cisco routers, switches and Firewalls, NetScaler, BAM, and Bluecoat proxy
Ø Works on Service consultation requests
Ø Managing and troubleshooting wireless access point and WLC issue by CISCO Prime and ISE
Ø Raising the change request for any incident change management activity in Service-Now
Ø Configure interfaces for servers in CISCO Nexus device in the Datacenter
Ø Configure HSRP, VPC in datacenter nexus devices
Ø Logging TAC cases with OEMs if any support needed

Ø Commissioning & decommissioning of Cisco 3400, 3700, 4900 switches at customer site.
Ø Install and configure Network devices
Ø Raising the change request for any incident change management activity.
Ø Configure NNI on ASR 9010 and 6500.
Ø Configure end to end Device connectivity (PE to CE ).
Ø Have experience on PE device (Cisco ASR) and(Juniper MX960) router.
